the front desk staff were kind. i got upgraded to a bigger double room, a wonderful surprise. breakfast included pastries, egg and sausage, cheese, fruit, cereal, and yogurt.
the shower was very VERY compact.

i really enjoyed my time here! i received a kind note and delicious chocolates as a welcome gift. the room was super clean and the beds felt heavenly. the bathroom products provided were great and of good quality. it was so great to have free water and refills readily available .

the triple room had a comfortable bed. the location was very central, and i found the staff helpful. a nespresso machine was available in the lobby at any time. croissants were offered for free after breakfast, i noticed.
The sound insulation was not great. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

I observed bedbug traps under the bed. This caused me slight concern initially.

The room had a quiet spacious feel and offered a pleasant view. it was convenient to have a laundromat just across the street for washing clothes. staff members were very friendly and helpful during my time there. the location proved to be beneficial. I used the metro everywhere and easily returned to the hotel each day.
i found a couple of bedbug traps under the bed which was a small concern.
